Lumias won't get every Windows 10 feature..

Microsoft has been heavily focused on the low end Windows Phone hardware in the last two years to gain market share, but its Windows Update 10 to come will not be finely tuned to these low specification devices . Joe Belfiore of Microsoft revealed on Twitter yesterday that the software maker works on Windows 10 for phones with 512MB of RAM, but that "the characteristics can change."

Windows 10 preview is released and you can get it as a Beta version.  It is not like Windows 8's Consumer preview. This is being released via a new technology called Insider program that help to get user feedback and even provides forums to discuss errors and spots with Microsoft engineers.
