The most popular web browser in Europe and Asia is Google Chrome. But those who use chrome knows what's the drawback of this browser. Those who have a RAM of 2GB or higher does not feel this very much though. But with 1GB or lesser you'll experience a embarrassing low speed even with 2,3 tabs open. The reason behind is the way chrome behaves. When several tabs are opened, they are considered as different and independent browsers. This does not happen with Firefox. Indeed this is an advantage which chrome comes with. Due to this structure of chrome, in case if a particular tab get crashed it wont affect the other opened tabs.

There is an extension which we can use that does not slower your machine even when number of tabs are opened. This is knows as OneTab. It says that this extension is capable of saving 95% of the RAM. Victims of slower chrome.. check this out. :)
At the backend of this extension what is happening is, it threats each and every newly opening tab as a single tab. Once you install this click on newly added icon when you have opened number of tabs. Then all your tabs will close and will open in a new different single tab all together.
