How to compress your photos using Microsoft office picture manager?

If you capture a photograph using your digital camera, most of the time its' size is more than 2 mb or some time 5 mb. Think, if you want to share these photos on Facebook or in other social sharing sites or email to someone. If your photo folder has more capacity, it can waste your data unnecessarily. It is not good for your purse.
Here you have a method, that you can compress one or more photos at the same time, using Microsoft office picture manager.
It is a very simple method which you can follow easily. Importance of this method is you do not want to use an another third party tool for compress your pictures because most of the time your computer  has Microsoft office collection. If not you have to install it. Here I have used office 10 collection and mostly other versions are similar to to office 10.

1. Firstly you have to right click on a photo in the folder that you want to compress.
2. Then open it using Microsoft Office picture manager.

3. Next go ahead via Short cut >> Add picture short cut and select  the folder that your photos are located.

4. Now select all pictures using Ctrl + A

5. After that click on Edit Pictures.

6. Next click on Compress pictures on Edit pictures. (Right side of the page.)
7. Next select the photo size and click OK. I recommend you to select Document size. After you choose the size, you will be able to see the folder size after the compression.
8. Finally save it where ever you want to save it, like screen shot given in the below.

Note
You must be made aware not to use the original folder, instead use a copy of it.
